From Shin-Matsudo to Matsudo Undo Koen; one round
This morning my body was very heavy. I felt knee ache on both leges and back pain, too. I wasn't able to finish the course within an hour. Tomorrow things won't be the same. I'll finsh my running in 60 minutes.

First run in the last three days. I felt my body was heavy like led and my feet were like deadwoods. I hope I feel better next morning.

I slept late in this morning, because I didn't have to go to work, thanks to the great tradition of Obon. But I pushed myself as hard as I can. I thought I could run more than three hours today, but my damn watch said "No." Shucks!

I was very scared to run at Kashiwanoha Studiam, I shied away from going there even though I wake up early in the morning. I was kind of intimidated by Nagasakisan, sorry.
So I made up my mind to run my neigborhood. Instead of running at Kashiwanoha, I did my version of easy interval ran at Matsudo Undokoen. I made ten rounds inside of the Koen for the first time, I wasn't able to run the real interval, which isn't necessary for a ultra runner like me. Don't need to rush up, you've got to take it easy and run as long as you can!

This morning it was raining a bit. I was kind of scared to run up-and-down coure. I decided to run easier Sakagawa course, but I wasn't able to run more than three hours to run back home to just be in time to listen radio English programs.

Thanks to yesterday's precipitation, the level of temperature and humidity was low this morning. This condition helped me a lot to run even in a falling rain.
I felt as if I were running in the place like Karuizawa. That was amazing. I was in a paradise this morning!
