I praticipated Wing AC Sunday morning practice. Today's assingment was to go to the Teganooka Koen and return to Furusato Koen.
At the beginnig of the practice it was raining, but it let up soon. This course, which I had ran once before, have a lot of ups and downs. On the way to Teganooka, I was able to run with ease, but on the way back to Furusato Koen, it was extremely tough for me to catch up with other runners in the club, even though we were running at the pace of 7 minutes per kilo. I'm afraid my phycial strength is getting weaker as I grow old.

I woke up very early this morning, and reached at the bank of Edogawa River, Mondo, around 6. I started runnning towards the Katsushika OOhashi Bridge. A strong against wind was blowing from the south, the sea side. The ill wind prevented me from runnning faster than 6 and half minutes p/k.
On my way back to Mondo from the bridge, however, the wind hepled me run a little bit faster than 6 minutes p/k. The way the wind blew this morning was completely opposite to that of last Saturday. I can't tell the reason, anyway the wind on the banks of Edgawa river at this time makes me feel fine. I like it!

I failed to wake up early this morning. So I had to change my runnning course form regular 10KM to shorter 6KM. On my way back home from Kitamatsudo to Mabashi, the wind was blowing so hard. I almost had my cup blown away.
After the run, I felt a pain in my left ankle. This is probaby because I run Iwana cross country course on last Sunday. I believe the wood chips of the course is the cause of the trouble. I should take day-off tomorrow, and I'll get better.

This mornning I have run my reglular course kind of slowly, taking more than an hour. As I had run a total of 50KM on the last weekend, I felt weariness deep inside of my body. My back pain which started two weeks ago has gradually become subsided. I hope the pain will be disappeared at the end of this week.

This morning I jogged along a part the Shinsakagawa river from Shinmatsudo to Kitamatsudo. There's a pedestrian road that runs this area between the river and the Ryuzan railways.
At the start of the training around 6 AM, I often come across several pedestrians, walking the dogs. For a runner like me dogs are annoying somtimes. But at about 7 AM, which is almost at the end of my practice, many business people started appear. They alway look busy and hurry up their way to the near-by station. When I look at these people I have to thank that I don't have to go to work at such an early time. After I finish my runnning, I usually take shower and breakfast then leave my home at about 8 AM. How lucky I am!

Another terrorist attack in London?
This morning I watched BBC world news on Chiba TV.
A tower in London was on fire. The 24(25?)storied builing was completely burned. The number of casualities was unknown, and many people are still trapped in the tower.
Recently the city of London was attacked twice by the IS terrorists. If the tower block fire was another attempt by the terroists, we can easily say London is very vulnerable to terrorists' attacks. I'm afraid Teresa May must have face still another predicament.
