I went to the Sumida General Gym on Monday. That's large building, but the weight room was not so big. Many people were over there, really crowded room, sucks!
I found a good point. It has a spa where there are shower space and bathtub. I like that.

I started trekking at 11:40, the I got the tower at 12:20, it's distance was 2.2 km from the start point.

I recovered from bad cold.
Cherry blossomes has started to bloom around area.
My condition has not been good yet. I hope it will get well physically and mentally. Actually my body weight reduced too much compared to last year.

I did a workout for the first time in 4 months. That made me feels great! However, I went easy on today's exercises because severe DOMS will come to me for sure if I did exercises hard. I will have 3 day-off in a week, so I want to share the time for my body care, medical checkup and physical training.

I could do a workout before leaving my place to Tokyo. Busy week is coming next week, so I thought I can't come to the gym no doubt. Two guys were there who I can see regularly. It seems they try to break, destroy their body aggressively. That's funny but sad. They should notice and feel fear not knowing! Learn sth about training if you love training.
