Finally, my pec m pn was calm down. It took a long time! I don't wanna believe that recovery time of the body from wo is getting slow. Because of the age? Maybe or maybe not :-P

I lost body weight up to 1.5kg or 2kg. That's bad thing to me. In fact, I was so busy lately then I could not have time that I could do workout, oops! That's an excuse. Anyway I'll try gaining weight 2kg this month.

Today was dayoff. I thought it's my first time in a long time. There were crowded pple there. So I could not all exercise that I was gonna do. Unexpectedly, the ppl have a fitness-conscious even though their ways of training is totally wrong. That's OK and I don' care.
